Leading telecommunication organisation requires a driven Account Manager to build relationships, drive and develop business opportunities with warm leads and existing customers. The focus of this role is a mixture of phone and face to face with a portfolio of customers where you will be required to build and maintain a sales pipeline.
Working in a cohesive team environment the key responsibilities of the role include, driving business and sales, balancing proactive customer contact with issue resolution and reactive account management whilst working toward and achieving KPI's and sales targets.
You will have the ability to:
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline to sustain monthly targets
Analyse customers current and future requirements by evaluating current spend
Proactive resolution of issues
Ensure sound understanding and compliance of all legislation To be successful in this role:
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Strong understanding of technology
High levels of energy and integrity
Ability to adapt to change
Have the talent to build and maintain relationships, both internally with colleagues and externally with customers
Demonstrated sales/account management experience
