Our client, with many years experience designing and creating incentive and loyalty reward programs, requires the services of an experienced Account Manager to join their vibrant team based in Sydney's CBD.
In this dynamic, challenging and highly pivotal role, you will be responsible for:
Managing and existing client portfolio
All queries in a timely manner
Ensuring that all relevant paperwork is correct
Working closely with production around delivery timeframes To be eligible for and more importantly to be successful in this role you will need to possess the following key attributes:
Previous account management experience within a similar industry
The ability to deal with customer queries in a timely and polite manner
The ability to work with a variety of people across all levels
Thorough attention to detail
