Based at the Head office located in the south eastern suburbs and reporting to the Inventory/Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for:
Receiving Shipping Documents from overseas suppliers
Verifying/matching overseas purchase order values
Liaise with the company's Customs Broker
Liaising with Wharf Transport - Nationally
Data entry of Shipping Documentation
Work closely with Accounts Team to co-ordinate overseas payment
Customer service - Internal/External
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualities.
Experience in overseas accounts payable
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously in a great team environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Intermediate Excel skills essential
Knowledge of general accounts administration
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Persistence, drive and enthusiasm
