About the role:
The successful candidate will need to be able to work well autonomously as well as in a supportive and friendly team. We are looking for excellent customer service skills to answer enquiries from clients, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
Day to day duties will include:
Liaising with clients;
Tracing missing payments;
Other ad hoc administrative tasks;
To be successful in this role you will need to have a drive to succeed and willingness to learn and grow with the business. You will ideally have previous administrative experience, and the ability to work independently with a high level attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
You will thrive in a busy environment that will require you to multi-task and be highly organised, while also being supported by our fantastic and welcoming administrative team.
