In recent years we have grown significantly and now deliver a range of services in Sydney, Southern NSW and the ACT. As part of this growth we have seen sustained increase in demand for our Trusted Clinical Services and this is increasing as we move forward into the NDIS.
Trusted Clinical Services is a multidisciplinary team of professionals offering a range of therapeutic supports including speech therapy, behaviour intervention, psychological, exercise physiology, occupational therapy and complex health support services.
The Behaviour Support Practitioner provides services within a multi-disciplinary team to participants of The Disability Trust through professional assessment, provision and monitoring of intervention and prevention programs. All duties are to be carried out within the ethical and proactive guidelines determined by Disability Inclusion Act 2014.
The Behaviour Support Practitioner role is to design, deliver, monitor and evaluate behaviour support services to children, young people and adults with a disability and provide support to all service of The Disability Trust.
