Delivering maximum coverage and best results, this is an opportunity for a Campaign Coordinator to assist the strongest sales team with maximum market exposure. Utilising your administration skills, this is a role with plenty of structure, procedures and systems implemented.

The Role:
Monday - Friday, you will be the driving force that keeps this top performing team's day in order. Supporting the Sales Director, this role will see you utilise your administration, organisational and relationship management skills daily. As an Campaign Coordinator, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:

Support the Sales Director with administration
Arranging photographers to listed properties
Ensure company marketing standards are adhered too
Booking advertising and ensuring deadlines are met
Liaising with agents and accounts
Ensure floor plans are designed accurately
Organising marketing collateral and booking advertising
Database management & client care
Ad hoc administration

The Candidate:
Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
The ability to work proactively and independently
A valid driver's license
Strong administration and communication skills
A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
