Well known Cellar door is opening in Chippendale's Kensington Street, and we are looking for an experienced catering supervisor to manage our cheese and charcuterie counter.

We require an experienced individual who has a flair and appreciation for fine cheese and cured meats. The applicant will be experienced with cutting and wrapping cheese for display.

Must have experience with cutting cheese and preparing cheese boards for service in the cellar door and slicing meats for charcuterie boards. Experience with stock control, ordering and managing staff essential.

This is an exciting venture and we require an enthusiastic individual to supervise and take control of the catering needs of the business.
