The Role
This role is a pivotal part of a large team requiring you to co-ordinate the development and delivery of effective change communications for the project team. You will identify teams and individuals who will be impacted by the change and then implement change interventions and mitigation.

You’re Profile

You will be an experienced Change Manager with proven ability to provide continuous improvement opportunities and lead the team through delivery.

  • Develop and manage relationships across a project to identify risks and opportunities to implementing change
  • Provide strategic change advice and input to the communication strategy and execute relevant activities in the plan at a program level
  • Monitor the effectiveness and timeliness of change activities to ensure smooth adoption of the new market
  • Develop and manage relationships to identify risks, opportunities, implementing change and works and implement solutions

  • Demonstrate compliance with Workplace Health and Safety, Anti Discrimination, and Competition and Consumer Acts.
Qualifications, skills and experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Change Management or substantial equivalent experience of specialist professional development.

  • Experience in navigating/overcoming resistance to change.

  • 2-5 years’ experience
