We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and talented chef or cook to join our small dynamic catering team on board the multi million dollar MONA Ferry. The successful candidate will be able to harness their creative skills to manage and develop our food offerings, including our Posh Pit and function menus. In addition you will be providing a range of sweet and savoury treats for our guests on a daily basis in a busy tourism environment as you cruise up and down the river Derwent.

The perk for you is that it is almost all day work, but applicants must be available to work weekends and weekdays over a variety of hours, including the occasional night function. In addition a very competitive salary of around $60k is offered, dependant upon experience.

Candidates need to have at least 12 months previous experience in a commercial cookery environment. Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery or Patisserie) desirable but not essential.
