RSPCA South Australia makes the most of the budgeted expenditure of $12m and operates with a dedicated staff of over 100, plus precious volunteers. A rare opportunity has emerged to lead this iconic organisation as it continues its important work.
Reporting directly to the SA Board, this pivotal role is responsible for overseeing the management structure of RSPCA SA to ensure the provision of efficient and effective services. The focus of the role is to provide leadership and strategic management to ensure the continued financial success, leadership in animal welfare and growth of the Society to achieve the planned organisational outcomes. Another critical aspect of the role involves a high level of human resource management, strategy, planning, policy development, financial and risk management, marketing, donor support, business development, advocacy and public relations.
