Reporting to the regional Head- Client Hub, the client service team leader will lead a team of client service officers within the client hub to deliver best practices client service and client satisfaction to StatePlus clients through the centralized Client Hub team.
In addition to the leadership and day to day management of the client services team, this role is also responsible for quality assurance , workforce planning and engagement with the financial planning network to ensure a seamless and integrated client experience.
Ideally candidates should possess:
Degree qualified with a Diploma in Financial planning (DFP/DFS) and RG146 compliant is highly desirable
Pervious leadership and sales & service experience within the financial services industry required, ideally in a contact center environment
Ability and willingness to cover a leadership role that requires flexibility in the days, hours and locations( currently 8.15am to 8.15pm Monday to Friday)
Previous experience in Financial Planning desirable
Demonstrated awareness and commitment to the legal and compliance framework within the industry
Ability to build positive relationships with team members and clients
Strong commitment to teamwork and a strong role model to the team
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to demanding SLA's and KPI's
Act as an ambassador for change, lead by example and encourage others through guidance and developing collaborative relationships
Travel ( regional and possibly interstate) may also a requirement for success within the role
