The company: As a multi billion dollar corporation in Australia, your new employer operates across a number of sectors currently thriving in today's global & national economy. Due to continued growth and expansion, several new roles have been created to feed analysis demand from the business.

The Role: Working closely with the Head of Finance and partnering with Retail Managers, you will provide analysis of current business performance & provide case studies for potential development opportunities, supporting strategic planning as required. You will provide key insights and drivers to enable the development and refinement of the Development strategy, CAPEX analysis to identify opportunities, implement ROI analysis and build strong, credible bottom up business cases. Additionally, you will support the annual budgeting & forecasting for your business unit, along with strategic planning.

The Candidate: To be considered for this stand out opportunity, your experience will include 3 to 5 years of commercial analyst experience in an ASX listed organisation, advanced Excel skills including financial modelling, and ideally exposure to systems such as SAP, TM1 ect. You will by nature be tenacious, commercially minded, pro-active and can handle multiple tasks and deadlines. The role is paying up to $130k + super (depending on your experience).

Proven experience from the Property, Development, Construction or Retail industries will be highly regarded.
