Commercial Director in managing and delivery of the Projects’ Commercial
Management Office. The position will
manage and balance the day to day management of the contractual and commercial
arrangements with service providers, whilst providing both tactical and
strategic direction to the overall management of the project commercial
will be responsible for management of the key commercial contracts with service
providers, management of client and key stakeholder engagement both internally
and externally to the project (including with the commercial and contract
management teams of the Department) and status reporting for the commercial
management aspects of the project. The role will provide oversight of key
Commercial Management Office (CMO) functions including service provider
management and engagement, commercial issue and risk management, service
provider performance management, commercial and contract management governance
and reporting, Government Furnished X (Material, Software, Services,
Facilities, etc.), and financial management.
years of contract and commercial management experience of significant ICT
related services contract and service in a Government environment, including:
of commercial interdependencies within a multi-vendor ICT service provision
of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules;
of service provider performance in delivery of significant ICT services and
