The Role

PHD is looking for a Communications Planning Manager working across Pepsi, ANZ Wealth & Fitness First. The successful applicant will be responsible for the management and development of key client relationships and for channel agnostic strategies to deliver against agreed KPIs. Passionate about driving thought leadership with clients. Good communication & exceptional organisational skills are a must. Proven team player and willing to work closely with agency specialist divisions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing PHD’s communication planning offering internally and externally for your client base.
  • Assists in growing the client’s business by providing business building ideas via:
Translation of original ideas into workable solutions that improve the performance of the business and that deliver on communication objectives.

Identifying and driving new business opportunities (SBUs) through existing clients base.

Successfully sells/gains approval for plans and recommendation that best meet client and business objectives.

  • Work effectively and collaboratively across departments i.e. with internal (Investment Planning Team and SBUs) and external teams to ensure strategy is delivered through the implementation
  • Stays current with emerging media/marketing approaches and identifies media trends and opportunities and implications for client business
