As our Compliance Training Consultant you will be part of our busy Compliance team within the Shared Services area and you will manage the end to end planning, developing, monitoring and support the delivery of Compliance training for Australia and New Zealand. You will also develop e-learning content for Compliance related training and awareness programs. You’ll administer, coordinate and report training management information to assist leaders fulfil their licencing requirements to oversee the appropriate training of all staff.
This is a 12 month contract opportunity to cover maternity leave within the team.
Other key responsibilities in this role will include: regular review of online e-training modules to refine and improve as appropriate; liaise with L&D and Compliance staff to represent Australia & NZ training requirements; develop and deliver compliance induction training to new starters; maintain accurate administrative and mandatory training records; manage database and prepare completion reports for management and Board committees; coordinate manager training including the preparation of collateral, collection of presenter material, logistics and administration of participants attendance.
To be our ideal candidate…
You will have demonstrated knowledge and understanding of financial services training obligations and requirements, as well as experience in developing online e-training material. Your proven delivery of training programs, use of evaluation methodologies, and strong reporting skills will see you succeed in this role. Other key strengths will be your excellent planning and implementation skills, strong communication and influencing skills, and the ability to work in a timeline driven environment. You will be an expert user of MS Office applications and be competent working with databases/systems. Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent qualifications are also essential.
