A Contracts Administrator/ Project Coordinator is sought by a busy, growing Fit Out Contractor in Sydney CBD. This established contractor specializes in commercial office, retail and hospitality fit out projects from $500k to $2 million.

Essential requirements:

  • A Degree in Construction Management
  • 5 years post graduate experience with a builder or fit out specialist in Sydney
  • Highly motivated with a desire to devleop your skills and move into Project Management
  • Programming knowledge
  • Contracts administration/ cost reporting experience
  • Steady career history in the Sydney market
  • Excellent communication skills
  • It is essential you have a background in building construction or fit out
