We are seeking experienced Crew Members with a "can-do" attitude to perform a range of tasks and duties associated with road surfacing within our Asphalt Paving Crew. If you have civil construction experience, mechanical aptitude and experience in the operation of mobile equipment – especially asphalt pavers you are encouraged to apply to join our team.

Willingness to be trained in the safe operation and use of contracting plant and equipment.
Experience in the operation of asphalt pavers highly desirable. We will consider those with experience of rollers, tack coating, tipper trucks, skid steer (bobcat) or general asphalt and spray experience.
Ability to work efficiently unsupervised and to deadlines including night shifts and overtime when required.
Experience in working in an outdoor environment, with hot materials and commitment to working to production deadlines.
Good communication skills.
Valid Drivers' Licence (MR or HR - highly regarded) and
Trade qualification or equivalent will be highly regarded.
