You will be responsible for leading a team of 10 customer service and administration professionals who provide support to the Sales Representatives at our Telstra Business Centres and national Contact Centre. The team responds to customer enquiries via inbound calls and email, inputs customer data and tracks orders, manages key accounts, provisions news services and processes sales paperwork.
Coach and develop the team to exceed customer Service Level Agreements times and Customer Advocacy (NPS) targets
Provide regular reporting on the performance of the team
Identify causes of recurring issues and implement new processes to eliminate or mitigate these trends
Coach and develop leadership skills in senior consultants to facilitate succession planning
Manage customer escalations
Review and recommend improvements to all processes with a view to improving team efficiency
Manage key stakeholder relationships with both the internal SMB leadership team and with Telstra
Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions
Support the acquisition team when Vita opens new TBCs
Experience successfully leading a large team of customer service, administration and/or sales support professionals
Ability to instill passion for customer service in your team and proven ability to drive customer advocacy results
Previous experience managing change around process improvement
Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external stakeholder relationships
Please note that Telecommunications industry experience will be highly regarded upon application.
