Not only will you learn about a whole new industry and develop your skills further, but you will be part of a collaborative team with a supportive and friendly manager.
Not only this but the company have just moved to AH-MAZING new offices in the heart of the CBD - changing rooms and showers, full time barista on hand, tech suites, communal areas, stand up desks and more!
Although the duties within the role may sound similar to roles you have done previously, this position is a bit different! Using your intuition and investigate skills you will need to ask customers questions relating to their money and why they are spending it - become a detective!
So what does this role include?
Customer service to clients via email and phone
Escalate calls where necessary
Manage high call and email volumes within restrictive time frames
Follow up on regulation or compliance issues
Keep database up to date
Continue to gain knowledge on policies and procedures
Dispute resolution This role is fantastic if you enjoy building relationships and if you hold the same customer service focus as the company! Responding to enquiries via email and phone you will be in constant contact with customers and will be using your problem solving skills everyday; your ability to communicate is paramount!
Exposure within the finance industry, especially fraud or other investigative departments, will really put you ahead of the game but it isn't essential!
