The Customer Service Team Leader is an exciting customer focused role that enhances Stryker’s credibility in the market through the provision of product, systems and usage knowledge to key stakeholders.


You will be responsible for:

  • Leading, managing and guiding the team’s day to day work, ensuring they exceed the service demands of our internal and external customers
  • Mentoring, coaching and supporting your team, ensuring their growth and professional development
  • Providing strategic direction for the Customer Service function, consolidating relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Designing, implementing and driving Lean initiatives and process improvement
Skills and Experience

As the successful candidate, you will have:
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Experience of managing a team of professionals and operating effectively as part of a team
  • The ability to work in a fast paced environment and be self-driven, with a genuine passion to see people grow and achieve
  • The capability to effectively drive business objectives and also have a strong knowledge of hospital procedures and systems
  • A proven track record of over-achievement in anything you take on, and you enjoy improving systems and processes and exceeding expectations
