We currently have a great opportunity for an an enthusiastic and reliable Customer Support Consultant to join our Appliances Online team. Working in a great open plan office environment with a dedicated break out area and fully equipped kitchen, you will be working with a fun and engaging team that is focused on offering the best customer experience. To that end, we are looking for a team player who provides excellent customer service. Were looking for some who is committed and dedicated to becoming a customer service professional and an established part of the team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and will be required to answer calls regarding product questions, delivery enquiries and processing sales, for example. You will also respond to customer questions and service issues via email. Other duties involve maximising sales and profit levels in accordance with pricing and account structures, data entry, achieving company targets, processing orders, including releasing and updating invoices, as well as other administrative based duties.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• Previous customer service or retail experience essential;
• Commitment to providing quality customer service;
• Problem solving skills, and the ability to think on your feet;
• A motivated, proactive and positive approach;
• Proven track record of excellent sales results;
• Previous experience working within the appliance/whitegoods industry is highly
• Previous front line retail customer service experience is highly regarded;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail; and
• Able to work Tuesday-Saturday, 11am-7pm, as well as some reasonable additional hours if required. Also, you must be flexible to work different hours, shifts or longer during busy periods or as requested.

Our office is located on Danks Street, Waterloo close to the city and public transport. Some on-street parking available!
