Executive Assistant to a progressive CEO within Professional Services
Hands-on role with project management on ad-hoc basis

Sydney CBD office in superb location You will be working for an easy going and dynamic CEO of this national professional services firm. This firm is renowned for its supportive and friendly team culture.
You are expected to work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders.
Polished and proactive, some of your responsibilities will include:
Office typing for the CEO
Management of general office correspondence
Organise and set up of client conference calls
Managing Directors' diaries, including ensuring sufficient time between meetings and managing client car space
Staff seminars and training
Distributing incoming mail
Billing - typing and authorising of billing, including spell check, formatting and printing and many more... To be successful in this role you must have:
Minimum 5-7 years + experience in similar role
Stable work history is a requirement for this role
Exceptional focus and attention to detail
Advanced MS Office skills is essential
Be self motivated and have initiative to undertake task What you can expect in return:
