We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Event Cleaning Manager based at the iconic Adelaide Oval Stadium. You will be responsible for the operational, financial and client delivery of the contract, as well as ensuring the safety of staff working at the venue.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Deliver a high level of cleanliness ensuring that the client's standards are met along with our contractual obligations
  • Manage the preparation of reports for the client
  • Deliver our contractual obligations while achieving the financial targets set by the company
  • Set rosters for the direct staff reports and supervise all staff activity within these areas, as well as ordering all cleaning and waste requirements for use in the areas
  • Ensure all OHS requirements and policies are implemented
  • Maintain and manage company vehicles and assets in accordance with company policies
To be successful you will have:
  • Previous experience at managing cleaning and waste management services in leisure, sport or entertainment venues or events
  • Excellent people management skills and sound leadership abilities
  • Demonstrate high level management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and human resource procedures
  • Demonstrate computer literacy skills
  • Manual Drivers Licence
  • Good time management
  • The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Display knowledge of change management principles and ability to adapt to change
  • Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development as appropriate
  • An understanding of corporate services and culture as pertains to Spotless is desirable
  • You have a strong knowledge of relevant OH&S legislation, policies and procedures
  • The flexibility to work across events which involve weekend work, overnight work or events that require an early start or late finish
