The Company
Occupied within the financial space, this professional company continues to grow in its successes and is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who will offer exceptional support to a busy operations environment and take charge of various administrative duties.
The Role
Extensive diary management within a fast paced environment
Organising and producing various information that is required though formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving and copying various data
Welcoming guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone and directing call inquiries, screening calls and managing email inbox
Representation of the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence, speaking on behalf of the executive, maintaining schedules
Ensuring coordination between all members of the team
Proactively preparing quality presentations, reports and complex documents
Scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel.
Coordinating staff engagement events, arranging team building events
Liaising with head of departments and other senior executives in the business
Completing projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results
Any other ad hoc duties required from executive and team

About You
Must have 3-5 years similar experience
Financial background desirable but not essential
Strong in calendar experience and team cover
Excellent multi tasking skills, ability to prioritise workload, superior attention to detail
Proactive and resilient in a fast paced administration role
Able to handle confidential information and documents
Very well-presented and professional in both appearance and communication
Exceptional programme skills, Outlook and email management
Motivated by deadlines, challenges and adaptable to new team environment
Excellent experience utilising MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Role starting immediately for the right candidate
Sydney CBD location, close to public transport
