Provide excellent Secretarial Support, organising various office space, screening telephone calls and dealing appropriately with internal/external enquiries.

  • Ensuring coordination between all members of the team.
  • Manage Office Support duties including typing, photocopying, filing, printing, binding and formatting of Word documents and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proactively preparing quality reports, newsletters and other client focused material.
  • Extensive Diary Management and Meeting Coordination, including daytoday scheduling, organising invitations, meeting rooms, video conferences, conference calls and catering.
  • Coordinate Travel and Accommodation with sorting bookings, complex internal/external arrangements and adhering specific travel policies.
  • Organising company events, team event days and functions.
  • Responsible for Expense Management including reconciliation statements, processing cash claims and ensuring specific expense procedures are followed.
  • Liaising with clients, senior executives and assistants internationally when required.
  • Undertaking general Ad Hoc Projects including various forms of administrative support.

  • About You
    • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
    • Previous experience within Professional Services/Financial Services Industry.
    • Advanced MS Suite Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
    • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication.
    • Strong time management, organisational and planning skills.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Respect for complete confidentiality.
    • Energetic focus on maintaining high level of client service.
    • Highly self motivated, hard working and resilient approach.
    • Solution driven and ability to work under pressure when prioritising and delivering to
    • Performs well within a team environment and ability to work with varied personalities.
    • Maintain a continual professional and diligent presence.
    • Highly organised with ability to work autonomously.
