Not for profit organisation seeking a Senior EA for a 6-12 months, CBD location.
Your new company
This membership organisation is going through changes within executive staff and as a result are requiring office support assistance. An opening for an Executive Assistant has arose to support the Chief Operating Officer.
Your new role
As the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for the provision of efficient and effective high level office administration, executive support, information coordination and confidential secretarial support to the COO. Your duties will include ensuring all communication, meetings, reports, travel arrangements, meeting agendas and associated tasks are well organised. You will maintain calendar planning and appointment management in relation to scheduled meetings and will receive, screen and prioritise telephone enquiries directed to the COO.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant you will show a high proficiency of experience when using Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. You will have high secretarial and administrative skills as well as having 3+ years previous experience working as an EA, PA or office management role. You will demonstrate a high attention to detail as well a passion to be immersed in a not for profit environment.
