We are seeking an experienced legal secretary for our well known and established firm in Dandenong in a newly created position.
This position will encompass a full range of secretarial duties and you will need to possess a motivated work ethic, initiative, a flexible and positive attitude, a high degree of attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills. In addition, this role will be client focused, requiring outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
This is a fast paced role where you will never have a dull day. The successful candidate will be reliable and dependable, and have previous experience and a solid knowledge and understanding of all areas of law in particular, commercial litigation, agreements, sale/purchase business and commercial leasing including family law, wills and estate administration. Strong typing, computer skills, good communication and organisational skills are essential. You will have strong attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines.
You will be dedicated, proactive and able to provide a range of secretarial and administrative assistance in a timely and efficient manner, enjoy working as part of a committed team and have strong interpersonal skills.
