Lotus People are delighted to be working with a leader in the Property and infrastructure industry to recruit an HR Coordinator/ Internal recruiter for a temporary assignment that is expected to run for 6-8 weeks, starting ASAP!
PAYING $28-$30 per hour plus super!!
Lotus are filing and URGENT temporary role that is expected to last for 6-8 weeks! Joining a dynamic, hard working team, it will be your role to assist HR and recruitment with administration tasks. This is a great opportunity to further develop your HR experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting the internal recruiter with administrative tasks, including logging all new jobs on the internal system
Drafting of employment contracts and other correspondence
Completing checklists for line managers
Assisting with any ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Management of paperwork on CRM and other internal systems
Organisation of start dates and inductions What we are looking for:
An experienced HR professional who is down to earth, dynamic and confident!
You will need a minimum of 1 year of experience within an HR setting, with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Off paper, you will be outgoing, vibrant and have a can do attitude. This is a down to earth team and you will fit in well if you know how to work in a high volume.
Well presented, with strong communication skills will see you be successful at interview stage.
