TMHA was established in July 2003 to distribute and sell industrial equipment manufactured by Toyota Industries Corporation (TICO) and TICO's subsidiary companies. TICO is a Japanese multi-national manufacturer and is a global leader in materials handling equipment.
This position is based at TMHA’s Melbourne Branch located in Dandenong.
Reporting to the Branch Rental & Used Equipment Manager this role is primarily responsible for providing support and communication on rental & transport activities.
Other key aspects of the role include: -
Coordinating despatch and retrieval of equipment
Support dispatch activities when required
Obtaining purchase orders and approval
Managing incoming calls
Handling customer enquiries
Providing general office administration support
Assisting with stock takes
Provide internal and external customers with prompt response
Providing administrative support to STR/LTR
Creating and coordinating rental contracts
Making sure that all business transactions comply with terms and conditions
Maintaining accurate records in the ERP system re rental equipment for STR Fleet including credits on de hire

Qualifications & Experience:
Comprehensive product knowledge
Previous experience with direct customer contact
Good administration skills with intermediate PC skills
Strong ability to work within a team environment
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
An eye for detail
High level of customer focus
Strong self-motivation
This is a salaried position and salary will be determined according to qualifications and experience
