About KinCare in Perth’s South:
Improving the health, lifestyle and wellbeing of our customers is pivotal to what we do at KinCare, and we do it well. Through hard work and empathy we’ve become a leader in in-home health and wellbeing. All of our Home Care Workers are devoted to delivering exceptional customer care, enabling our clients to live as independently as possible and energising each one to live their best life.
Enhancing the quality of life of KinCare’s customers is at the centre of everything we do and we’re currently looking for Home Care Workers south of the river to help drive this through their passion, energy and creativity.
What are your responsibilities?
Imagine being able to positively impact someone’s life by helping them with their shopping, preparing meals, assisting with personal care, cleaning their homes, driving them to appointments or monitoring medication. Be it through helping with problem resolution, lending a listening ear over a cuppa or cleaning up to provide a safe home environment, your desire to make a difference in the lives of our customers will shine through.
With customers based in and around South Perth and Fremantle, we are currently seeking Home Care Workers to provide a range of valuable support to our customers, making this a role full of variety, challenge and reward. Become a valued member of our team, building trust and lasting relationships by providing respite care and social support.
What experience do you have?
With a passion for providing quality care in the community and assisting people to live as independently as possible, your confidence, positive outlook, clear communication, resilience and time management skills will put you ahead of the rest.
If you have a Cert III or higher in Aged, Home and Community or Disability Care or a minimum of 12 months’ experience, even better!
As our Home Care Workers are busy supporting others, we make sure we’re supporting them: After all, we’re all working together to enable our customers to live the life they love. In return, we’re lucky enough to be rewarded with variety in our work, enviable relationships and making a difference that counts.
Join one of Australia’s leading home care providers: We value our team members and celebrate success to ensure a supportive and positive workplace culture.
In-house training and development opportunities are provided.
Be supported by the latest in field technology to make your life as a carer easier.
This position may be subject to mandatory pre-employment checks.
