As the Human Resources Administrator you are an integral member of the Human Resources team, contributing effectively to the team's goals. Naturally you are a proactive candidate who delivers high quality service in conjunction with the ability to support the team.
Key Attributes :
Strong administration skills
Meticulous attention to detail and Superior client service
Advanced MS Office skills, Word, Excel and Outlook
An understanding of Human Resources policies, processes and procedures
Actively participate in initiatives and change process
Contribution within group meetings
HRIS Experience desirable not essential
Preparation of contracts, letters of employment and liaising with payroll
New starter processes and inductions
Data entry and maintenance of Human Resources databases and spreadsheets
Maintenance of employee files, scheduling training sessions
Learning and development bookings, scheduling meeting and co-ordination of travel
Maintenance and integrity of HRIS
Maintain personnel records, complete file audits and filing
Administer and enter OH&S incident reports
You are an individual who has the ability to maintain confidentiality, a stickler for accuracy, discreet and can work to tight deadlines. You are a true professional who maintains honesty and integrity, loves to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. You also possess a "can do" attitude, have a flexible approach and are not afraid to ask questions.
Education and Experience
Minimum of 2 years HR Administration role preferably within a Human Resources Environment
Undergraduate degree in business or Human Resources highly desirable
Satisfactory Police Records Check
Satisfactory Working with Children Check
