About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Executive Manager of Human Resources, in the development and implementiation of best practice Human Resources processes, that will develop the people capability in Aged Care Plus. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key process design projects, including remuneration management, leadership development, HRIS and organisational development, with a focus on adding value to the HR function and delivery of best practices to the organisation.
This role would ideally suit a Human Resources professiona with 3-5 years' experience in a working environment with best practice HR processes.
About you:To be considered for this role you will have:
An appreciation of and the ability and willingness to promote and support the mission, vision and values of The Salvation Army
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent tertiary qualifications
3-5 years' demonstrated working experience in an HR environment
The ability to multi task and well developed time managment and work prioritisation skills
High attention to detail
High level of computer literacy - proficiency with Microsoft products
Demonstrated internal consulting, research and project management skills will be highly regarded
