Devereux Healthcare specialise in temporary and permanent recruitment within the healthcare sector. We aim to provide on demand staffing solutions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to aged care facilities throughout Victoria.
With our company growing so fast, we are now looking for a Junior Allocations & Office Support team member to assist us with the day to day operations of the business. This will include, but not limited to:
Rostering / Shift Allocation - Liaising with our Clients & Candidates, to ensure all shifts are filled in a timely manner.
Time Sheet Collection
General Administration Duties - filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
Inputting data accurately into our database
On call, after hours work - Successful applicant will be required to assist with after office hours and weekend work from home, answering calls and filling shifts when required.
Assisting with screening resumes of healthcare staff.
Responsible for booking in candidate interviews.
To be considered for this role you must:
Be willing to work from home on weekends and after office hours as required, on a rotating roster shared with other Devereux Team members.
Have sound knowledge of all Microsoft Office programs.
Outstanding customer service skills
Have the ability to communicate effectively with clients and candidates alike.
Work well under pressure and enjoy a fast paced working environment.
Aged Care / Healthcare knowledge / experience is not compulsory but would be advantageous.
Excellent telephone manner
Good time management skills and the ability to think outside the square and solve problems.
