    Job Description The main purpose of the position is to provide high quality customer service and reception support to the Office Manager and to liaise confidently and effectively with clients. This role will be the central point of contact for all general external enquiries and may include the need to support the general team. It will be required of you to;
    • Manage front desk reception
    • Meet and great clients upon entry
    • Input data and accurately file necessary paperwork
    • Sort and distribute mail and organise couriers
    • Maintain cleanliness of office and kitchen space
    • General administration duties

    The Successful Applicant The successful applicant must have 6 months previous experience in a similar environment. You will be outgoing, well presented and energetic and responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the office environment at all times. You will hold strong organisational skills with the ability to effectively multitask and prioritise a heavy workload. Interactions with clients are frequent therefore it is imperative that you have superb communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite preferred but not necessary.
