Reporting through to the Senior Business Partner Manager, this role is critical to ensuring that the operators of Keno within Central West territory are aware and engaged with all customer offers and product developments at all times. The Keno Sales Executive will maintain Keno's distribution footprint and will drive turnover through a robust call cycle that focuses on trade engagement, knowledge, training and product presentation in venue.
This role will see you working closely with all venue partners to ensure venues are adequately presented, it will develop sales opportunities and co-ordinate and implement new product rollouts, services and upgrades to facilitate the achievement of sales growth objectives. As well as developing and executing approved sales strategies for venues growth through the sell in of promotions, merchandising and other targeted activities to agreed standards, coupled with developing and delivering training to Keno operators relating to product knowledge, driving sales, balancing, bet types and effective promotions.
You must love the game like we do, as you will be the key driver of success. You will demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with internal stakeholders and trade. Your strong customer focus and passion to deliver results will truly set your sales experience. You must have a passion for sport / racing with strong experience in Account Management, Relationship Management and/or Sales Experience dealing with licensed venues or in FMCG.
