Supporting the Executive team you will be responsible for the day to day running of the office and managing the diaries of the CEO and Directors. Ensuring the effective operations of the company back office you will look after pretty much everything, from reviewing insurance, banking, HR and IT procedures to running and getting the milk when the fridge is empty. You will assist the Finance Manager with preparing a monthly reporting pack, organise regular staff meetings, issue staff contracts, ensure performance appraisals are conducted regularly and generally ensure the office and the team are ticking along nicely. You will also be involved in assisting with the events and pr campaigns.
You will be joining a small but fast growing company, you must have strong communication skills, excellent project management skills and the maturity to appreciate you will be privy to confidential information that will be driving the strategic growth of the company.
