They have exciting growth planned over the next five years and are looking for a strong Payroll officer to join the team on this journey.

Your new role
Looking after approximately 1000 employees, you will be working in a small team managing all NSW staff. There a multiple pay runs in this positions, so an organised and detailed attitude is key. The payroll department works closely with both HR and Finance, so it is important to understand the relevant working terminology.

What you'll need to succeed
You will require working knowledge of Aged Care environments or the medical/health industry. A full understanding of End to End payroll is also critical, including knowledge of new starters, terminations, redundancies, as well as superannuation, workers comp, PAYG, Payroll Tax, leave loading amongst other duties. A detailed and confident attitude is also required as this is such a critical role in the company.
