The client

Based on the CBD fringes, our client is a well-established private enterprise with national operations. This organisation have experienced tremendous growth over the past 12 months and as a result are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their cohesive finance team.

The role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager and joining a friendly team, the duties and responsibilities of the role include;

  • Hands on processing of a high volume payroll
  • Setting up new starters
  • Award and EBA interpretation
  • Payroll Reconciliations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all Payroll/HR related queries
  • Working as part of a team and promoting company values
  • Undertake any other duties, as directed by the Payroll Manager

About you

You will have experience in payroll processing in a high volume environment, multi-site experience is desirable, however not essential.
within a complex business as either your sole role or as a part of a broader range of duties, you will enjoy dealing with a broad range of people and providing a high level of customer service as the first point of contact for payroll queries.
