We are searching for a highly experienced Team Leader who can develop, train and run a high performing GP Medical recruitment team. You will inherit a team of 4 consultants with varying degrees of experience. This is one of the most established practices in the business. You will be responsible for driving the growth, business development and day-to-day management of the team in order for them to achieve their targets.
This role will see you “hands on” billing and leading from the front. Coming into this position you will to be able to connect the dots, bring individuals together, and unite the team’s work and focus. You will lead from the front and demonstrate how client relationships are built and harnessed to benefit the whole company.
For the right individual, there are entrepreneurial and development opportunities in the long term.
Who are we looking for?
A min of 2 years’ experience managing teams of 4 + recruiters
5-10 years of agency recruitment experience. Medical / Healthcare experience will be a major benefit, Accounting & Finance, IT, Legal and Pharmaceutical recruitment also looked upon favourably
A strong track record in sales
A commercial mind-set
You will love to be client facing, have an eye for detail and enjoy the buzz of running high end campaigns
