Your new role
As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Medical Director and their direct team of three employees. Your day to day duties will consist of diary and email management, producing reports, raising purchase orders and issuing invoices. The position will also require you to support the team of three employees with additional administrative duties as and when required.
What you'll need to succeed
This organisation is seeking a candidate who has prior administrative experience within a similar role where you have been an active supportive member of the team. Strong written and verbal communication as well as a high attention to detail is a necessity within this role due to the nature of the industry. An interest or prior experience in the medical device industry would also put you at an advantage, as this organisation prides itself on their internal development structure.
