This role in conjunction with the Sales Executives will represent the technical aspects of the solutions capabilities, develop possible sales scenarios, and help convince prospects and existing customers/partners of the value of the proposed products and services.
Run customer discovery sessions to determine customer experience challenges across all channels of the organisation (e.g.call center, mobile, web, phone)
Create usable and intuitive Product Demos, Prototypes, and Visual Mock-ups that address customer experience challenges
Work with the Sales executives and Professional Services Team to provide accurate work estimates and price quotes for engagements.
Consult directly with clients to explain the technical aspects and capabilities, and develop solution road-maps.
Work with the Sales, Professional Services, Product Management, and customers as necessary, to determine innovative approaches for "non-standard" implementations.
Provide feedback to the Product Management organization within Marketing and/or R&D on the technical requirements in the market and solution ideas.
Collaborate with sales, engineering and marketing teams in making sales presentations by sharing accurate technical information that describe the technology behind how the products work. This includes developing and conducting product demonstrations for customers/partners. Required Skills:
Well developed communications skills, both written and verbal.
Five plus years of relevant consulting, digital agency or industry experience
Experience in Digital Channels, Omni-channel, eco-systems and integrated back-end systems.
Pre-sales activities including developing proposal development and conducting product demos
Exposure and understanding of Virtual Assistants (web, mobile, sms, bots), Conversational IVR, and Artificial Intelligence for Customer Service. Preferred Skills:
Interest in leading edge technology
Content Management knowledge and experience.
Bachelor / Graduate University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field.
