Reporting to the Director, Business Transformation, this role will lead a specialist team in the review, creation and analysis of OSR’s business requirements, processes models and maps, service design and operational needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements and inform solutions.

To be successful in this role you must have extensive experience in applying business analysis tools and techniques as promoted by the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) and related professional bodies. This includes a deep understanding of IIBA professional certifications and standards for requirements management and analysis, business analysis, process design and modelling and consulting on the analysis of systems, business or process improvement.

Your genuine leadership and management expertise will see you coach, mentor and develop a team of business analysts to establish a Centre of Excellence that partners with OSR business areas to deliver on their operational needs. You will understand our strategic priorities and direction, and articulate them to your team, to enable the realisation of OSR’s Customer Transformation Program and Strategic Plan .

You will collaborate with the Business Technology Services (BTS) business unit to deliver fit-for-purpose system solutions and the Strategy and Service Improvement (SASI) branch to promote and deliver Business Process Excellence. You will have a natural ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and teams to support collaboration, the exchange of information and manage issues to foster strong relationships and influence outcomes.
