We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a history of delivering large and complex Projects with a focus on IT Applications and Security in our broader IT Operations Programs team.

Your role in the future:

In your new role as the Program Manager – Security and Scale, you will be reporting directly to the General Manager, IT Operations Programs; where you will be the engagement lead for IT across the Legal Security groups and the Scale and Stability related requirements for the IT Service Delivery Groups. You will engage with the business teams to build a roadmap of IT capabilities required to support the business area’s corporate plan and delivery against this agreed plan, as well as lead a cross functional team of Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Project Managers and Subject Matter Specialists to deliver IT solutions that support business outcomes for the Legal and Security group, as well as the Scale and Stability requirements for IT.

You can contribute to:

  • Leading the program team to support the business owners in identifying business needs, creating a rolling roadmap of required capability, defining requirements and developing business cases supporting funding approval by the Investment Committee
  • Managing the IT roadmap of work aligned to the business unit stakeholder roadmap
  • Delivering projects to agreed business requirements from concept to delivery of the agreed outcomes
  • Establishing program KPI’s for time, cost and quality
  • Implementing and monitoring processes and procedures to track and report on program delivery according to KPI’s
  • Recruiting, developing and managing individuals to create an effective performance culture
  • Managing program and project delivery of solutions that deliver the agreed end to end business outcomes
  • Working with the IT Competency team to ensure that the program activities are implemented in and efficient and consistent manner, as well as supporting them with refining and improving program related delivery activities.

A bit about you: Previous experience in owning budgets, managing vendors, running 20+ million dollar programs of work in a large Enterprise and Complex environment is essential: You will ideally have extensive experience in managing complex projects and programs. You will have highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in influencing and negotiating stakeholders and managing senior relationships. You will also have the ability to apply highly developed analytical and business skills, industry knowledge and an understanding of complex environments and frameworks to identify business improvement opportunities, as well as negotiate implementation of agreements and actions that deliver business value.
