Programmatic Ad Ops Wizard

AD2ONE is a leading international digital sales house operating for over 13 years with offices in the UK, Ireland, Europe, Australia and New Zealand that specializes in selling advertising solutions to digital advertising agencies. Now a part of the Gravity 4 group of companies we represent a large number of market leading premium websites, including Ticketmaster, SkyScanner, and PlayStation.

Due to continued growth we are now looking for an Ad Operations Technical Specialist with a strong background in Programmatic advertising to drive the development & implementation of our programmatic and data platforms across our range of websites . A proactive and innovative approach is crucial in evolving the technical infrastructure of the business while supporting the Sales Operation in growing revenue for our publishers.

The role will involve the following :
– Optimise publisher setups across all SSPs to drive revenue growth

– Work closely with the Programmatic Business Development Director to understand market demands and feedback on opportunities identified to further grow revenue

– Develop our ad2one Audience DMP including tagging up new publishers and the segmentation of data within the platform

– Grow our first party data offering and address gaps in our audience portfolio

– Formulate and constantly review our technology setup across SSPs, Ad verification and data (1st, 2nd, 3rd party) helping to become more efficient and drive revenue in line with targets.

– Identify and test new technologies available in market to help make ad2one leaders in the programmatic and data channels.

– Build strong relationships within the SSPs we use, independent DSPs and Programmatic Direct businesses. This covers business development, analytics, inventory (PMPs) and campaign delivery.

– Set up and successfully implement PMP Deals

The ideal candidate will have –

– Minimum 2-3 years experience of AppNexus and ideally of other SSPs – including setup and optimisation

– Proficiency in using DFP , AdTech or other major ad-server

– Experience of data segmentation within a DMP

– Knowledge of DSPs and troubleshooting

– Existing relationships with DSPs, Networks and relevant Third-party Media Buyers

– Excellent knowledge of Programmatic Display and Video ecosystem

– Experience in media agency or media sales house preferred

– Experience with data analysis in Excel, including pivot tables and advanced functions

– Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills

– Ability to possess strong communication (both verbal and written), and customer service skills, and exchange information with others clearly and concisely.
