The Global Advocacy organisation is looking for a Project Manager to help us drive the delivery of interesting, impactful, and complex projects in support of our Global Advocacy goals. Required: Collaborate with department leadership to evaluate, cost, plan, and schedule implementation activities that improve business operations. Oversee requirements gathering, analysis and design, development or acquisition, testing and implementation. Partner with and assist team(s) of staff including Business Analysts, Customer Advocates, Sales, Success, Engineering, IT, and other groups within Zendesk throughout the entire lifecycle of development and/or acquisition of software products. Simply put: get projects done with a big cross functional team. Work with Business Analysts and Users to define requirements and work with Zendesk internal partners to translate these requirements into proposed, implementable solutions. Evaluate, select, and purchase components needed to deliver products and services. Lead regular meetings with Management, Steering committees, project teams and peer review committees. Conduct post implementation reviews. Awesome sense of humour
Experience/Skills Desired (but not required): Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Finance, IT, or related field 5-10 years of experience in a technical field Excellent customer communications skills Understanding of how SaaS integrations work Experience troubleshooting in a SaaS environment with an assertive deploy schedule
BONUS (but not necessary): Experience with agile project management tools, methodologies and frameworks Fluent in a language other than English
