We're currently seeking to recruit a professional, friendly, client service orientated and conscientious Receptionist/ Administrator for our Canberra City office.
Working within a small team environment you will be the first point of contact (face to face and phone) for our customers and clients, and interact with our Financial Planners and Customer Service Officers (CSO's) on a daily basis.
Ideal candidates will have: -
Previous experience of working within a fast moving, corporate Reception/ Customer Service environment is required (Financial Service preferred although not essential).
Outstanding customer service skills, telephone manner and attention to detail.
Strong MS Office knowledge, good keyboard skills and accuracy.
Familiarity with Financial Planning advantageous (although not essential)
High personal ethics, integrity and strong client focus
A flexible and adaptable approach to work
Although the primary role is providing Reception/ Admin cover, ensuring the office is always professional, presentable and acceptable for clients, the role also supports our Financial Planners and Client Service Officers as and when required.
This is a great position to join a focused, team orientated office focussing on providing the highest level of service to our clients and internal customers.
