This role is based in reception and will see you act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors - an ability to make people feel valued and welcome whether this is over the phone or in person, is very important.

Manage the reception desk

Answer all calls and distribute as appropriate

Take and distribute accurate messages

Welcome clients & guests on arrival and escort to meeting rooms

Manage meeting rooms (bookings, setup, pack-down etc.)

Setup AV equipment, phones and Skype functionalities for meetings

Organise catering for meetings/functions

Maintain and manage the kitchen and its facilities

Assistance with internal events

Book & manage couriers

Manage general company email inbox

General upkeep of reception/meeting rooms and office areas

Assist with the creation of Front Desk Operations / Reception Manual (and other project assistance)

Other ad-hoc tasks

To be considered for this role you will:
Come from a strong customer service background in retail or hospitality

Have basic to intermediate MS Office skills & an ability to grasp new software packages

Be ready and willing to learn and eager to contribute to the team

Consider yourself a bright, bubbly personality!

To be successful in this role you will:
Come with common sense and emotional maturity

Offer exceptional communication abilities

Be naturally energetic, confident and enthusiastic!

Have an ability to adapt to changing circumstances and go with the flow
