You will be a self-starter who is interested to grow a career in Human Resources, with the passion and drive to contribute to the success of a dynamic and highly motivated Recruitment team. The following skills will be highly desirable:
Exceptional Computer skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, with aptitude to learn new databases, systems and processes in depth and efficiently.
You will be self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with candidates, clients and stakeholders in a positive and helpful manner both in person and over the phone.
A degree qualification or relevant tertiary education will be highly advantageous.
You will enjoy working in a team environment, have a positive self-driven attitude and be able to work effectively across recruitment and project support for a team of Consultants.
About the Role
The position will be responsible for:
Project support to multiple Consultants within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Conducting initial candidate registration/screening interviews, qualification checks and candidate referral to relevant consultants.
Providing ongoing candidate and client support.
Identifying tasks that need to be completed; performing general administrative functions including data entry, timesheet tracking, database management.
A current NSW Drivers licence
