Retail Store Assistant Manager

What are we looking for?
As a leader in the retail team, your role is to deliver great customer service and an exceptional employee experience for our people to match. Drive, positive attitude and motivation to develop yourself will see you achieving both personal and professional goals. Previous sales and leadership experience in a customer service, retail or similar environment would certainly be useful. A strong operator with a high level of emotional intelligence and leadership maturity who is resourceful and resilient.

What matters is how you interact with your team and your customers. You will coach, mentor and inspire team as a natural people leader who is charismatic and focused.
