We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Manager to join
our Top Cut Foods business in NSW. Working both from the Marrickville and
Newcastle sites, this role is responsible for developing and driving the Top
Cut Sydney sales and customer service teams to build and maintain profitable
existing and develop new customer relationships, achieve sales growth budgets
and contribute to the national sales strategy.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Managing and developing the New South Wales sales
and customer service teams, setting clear goals and objectives, regular review
of performance and annual performance reviews
Product training, coaching and working with
Field staff to ensure optimised selling processes to achieve, weekly, monthly
and annual sales targets
Achieving sales budget targets for key state and
national accounts
Achieving and maintaining ranging of current and
new products with existing customers
Building and maintaining effective working
relationships with key customers
Management of pricing and margins to ensure
customer margins are maintained or improved to acceptable benchmark levels
Regularly reviewing market activity, competitor
activity, pricing and distribution and make recommendations to the GM on future
To be successful in this role, you will be a seasoned Sales Manager;
with a solid background within the foodservice
industry . Experience within the meat processing industry would be highly
beneficial. You are a natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team of
skilled professionals to achieve planned results. Your negotiation skills are
second to none and your exceptional communication and organisational skills
allow you to build strong long lasting working relationships with external and
internal stakeholders alike. Finally, you will have a 'hands on' approach, be
driven to succeed and have a strong track record in achieving outstanding
